• As is the normal practice in the recycled auto parts industry, we provide full assistance to our buyers in their execution of purchase orders from us – from initial requests (through email, telephone, fax or personal visits to our yards) to taking of initial deposits and arrangement of containers for loading and shipment, and ultimately to final invoicing, issuance of B/L and the final payment to us. Our specialized staff at our Head Office will ensure the efficient and speedy provision of this service.

• Our mechanically well-equipped yards and specialized technicians will render invaluable assistance and advice in the selection of auto parts to be purchased by buyers.

• We observe the policy of ensuring that our yards are well stocked with recycled auto parts and half-cuts for a wide range of models (Japanese and Western) for buyers.

• We discuss with our buyers on the products that meet their requirements to accommodate them for future purchase if such products are not available or out of stock at our yards. Our customers always come first.

• Our specialized technicians in Japan will carefully inspect and select the products before shipment to our yards in Malaysia, thus ensuring quality auto parts.
